That is why everyone is googling the Euphrates River—yes, it’s drying up.
What integral element does the Euphrates River plays in the apocalypse? How immensely significant is the Euphrates River in the Bible Revelation? And in the Euphrates River drying up?
How Significant is the Euphrates River in the ancient times to the modern Israel? It says in Genesis 15: 18, Then and there the LORD made a covenant with Abram. God has said, “I promise to give your descendants all this land from the border of Egypt to the Euphrates River.
Almighty God has bestowed the promised land on Israel along with the Euphrates River. Hence, in the Book of Apocalypse, in the Book of Revelation, it has its vital role to execute in the LORD’s perfect timetable, which will be discussed in detail below.
Geologic Location
The Euphrates River is relatively the longest and is one of the supreme significant rivers of the Western Asia under history. It is the distinct defining river of Tigris and Euphrates River, with Mesopotamia the land between these two rivers.
Originating in the elevated mountainous land of southeastern Turkey as its mouth, the Euphrates River effectually proceeds down through the heart of the Israel, Middle East from Kuwait, to Syria, to Iran and Iraq, joining the Tigris River which then empties into the vast basin of the Persian Gulf of today.
Many important cities were situated here in the Euphrates River with the inclusion of the Ur City where Abraham was born. Euphrates River comes from the Greek word Ufratu.

God remembered great Babylon and made her drink the wine from his cup– the wine of his furious anger. 20 all the islands disappeared, all the mountains vanished. 21. Huge hailstones, each weighing as much as a hundred pounds, fell from the sky on people, who cursed God on account of the plague of hail, because it was such a terrible plague. |
The Last Days
In Timothy 3: 1-7 and Isaiah 5:20-22 It says in the last days men would be more wicked, more ungrateful, more disobedient to elders and parents, greedier, heroes of the wine bottle, they will hate the good, and people would call evil as good. We see these things today… the events of the 7th seal are reserved for the tribulation. After the 7 seals comes the terrible 7 bowls.
7 Bowls of God’s Wrath
The Apocalypse of the Severe Tribulation of the 7 bowls of God’s wrath will be poured out by the 7 angels because man has sinned, man allowed the enemy of God to lure him and humankind have worship false god man—made idols of wood, cement, figurines which is the work of the enemy of God. It’s either you worship false man-made gods Satan, the rebel fallen angel, or you choose the Divine God Almighty Creator of heaven and earth. The LORD will punish the enemy of God and his lured people as written in the Holy Book.
The 5th bowl is poured out by the 5th angel during the Great Tribulation. Darkness fell over the beast’s temporary kingdom on earth, with great pains and sores for those who have sinned.
On the 6th bowl, the 6th angel poured it on the Euphrates River. (Rev. 16:12-21). We are utterly on the doorsteps of the majestic return of Christ Jesus. This is symbolic—rivers and streams divide nations today. * The Euphrates River is what divides the righteous Israel, the chosen people of God—from the Babylon the unrighteous (Deut. 7:5-8). *To date, kings and nations have bridges to drive over it, and even more have airplanes to fly over it.

Henceforth, why does the Euphrates River have to dry up?
So why does the Euphrates River in the Bible Revelation: Euphrates River drying up now will eventually be totally dried up soon, according to the Holy Word of God? So the Kings of the East can cross over.
Henceforth, who are the kings of the east?
East means the rising of the light and the sun from the east. So this doesn’t imply that the kings in the Revelation 16: 12-14 will literally come from the east. As we are dealing with the bible prophecy and bible symbology of Almighty God against the wickedness of the world (1John 5:19). For the world will be under the evil one. One of satan’s name is lucifer which means the morning star, the sun, the rising of the light (Isaiah 14:12-15). They are the kings of Satan (Daniel 2:33-45). Satan will make a covenant agreement with these kings at the beginning of the great tribulation (Daniel 9:27).
Henceforth, why are the kings of the east going to cross over the Euphrates River?
Rev. 16. 14 says Satan will have to gather them to the battle against that Great Glorious Day of God Almighty and Lord Jesus, because Satan knows he cannot beat a Powerful Mighty God, so he will call for backup. The bloody Great Battle of the Armageddon transpires. Satan knows he doesn’t stand a chance before the Lord, the Alpha and Omega—and Satan knows his time is up, his time is running small thus he will lure these kings/ nations so he will have company in the pit of hell where he will be forever punished by God in the end times as written in Almighty God’s Holy Book.
7th bowl. this brings about the defeat of Satan and his deceived puppet of kings or armies—with the majestic appearance of Lord Jesus Christ and the Lord’s multitude of armies (Rev. 19: 14-20). Here’s the great victory of Lord Jesus. The people of God finally obtain victory through Christ our LORD of Lords, KING of Kings (Corinthians 15: 57).
Upon the resurrection of the “God’s Two Witnesses” Lord Jesus and His multifold angels will appear to end Satan’s temporary reign for 7 years (Revelation 11) and upon after the 7seals and the 7 bowls of God’s wrath or anger (Rev. 6-18).
Now the East of Euphrates River refers to the unrighteous land of the Babylon—the heathen nation full of false man-made gods of wood, cement, figurines, full of idolatry of Satan the enemy of God. That’s why God hates it. Henceforth, biblically speaking, when the Euphrates River dries up, the line between the righteous and the righteous no longer exists.
The Alpha and Omega
God will eminently make a dry path thru the Gulf of the Red Sea and will have His super colossal hands over the Euphrates River, sending a mighty wind to divide the vast body of waters so it can be crossed over on foot by man—specifically the arrogant nations who will go on a battle against The Almighty God, thinking they are greater than the Lord Almighty. Of course, God has never lost any battle yet simply because He is a Divine God, the Alpha and Omega. So, who can stand against the great anger of God Almighty, the Supreme Being, the Lord of heaven and earth?
The most direful recent slowly Drying Up Euphrates River in the present times has an imminent impact on a multifold nation. The globe and its preeminent inhabitants enormously depend on its vast waters and plant base foods. The vast flora and fauna vitally need water to magnanimously sustain its life. The plant base foods predominantly need water to chiefly subsist. Humans and animals alike primarily cohabit, co-exist with a paramount of water.
The Environmental Catastrophic Consequence
Tigris and Euphrates River flowing through Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran and Israel—Its river basins have lost 144 cubic kilometers of fresh water. Losing water has already had an environmentally catastrophic consequence for the regions therein. It will be a grievous survival jeopardy.
Human beings physiologically need water to essentially sustain life. In the same manner, the human race ultimately needs Jesus Christ in our life to live for eternity. Otherwise, mankind can’t wholly execute to make it on his own. The soul of mankind will deter to rot and immaterially die without the Lord. However, with Jesus Christ, humankind will have an everlasting life with the Lord.
The slowly drying up Euphrates River is home to a multitude of plants, animals, and humankind—Israel specifically. Unfortunately, the slowly dying up Euphrates River post a concern for many around it. But looking on the Almighty God’s point of view, it has a deep-seated purpose.
In the Holy Book of our God Almighty, this has to materialize the slowly drying up of the Euphrates River which is a big part of God’s Majestic Colossal Calendar.

All roads won’t save mankind to heaven—not even power, money or religion. Lord Jesus is the only way to forgiveness, truth and knowledge to God, and the only route to salvation. The Holy Bible is always accurate.
Build Your Family Around the LORD
It is imperative to build your family around the LORD. Attend regular Sunday service together as a family, and bible study with the church pastors and church members. Read the bible everyday now while you still can. Because a time will come in the severe 7 years tribulation, that the Bible will be forbidden by Satan and his kings. Fervently pray for everyone in your family, your children, your spouse, your parents and siblings, grandparents, close friends and neighbors, church pastors and church members, the leaders of nations, pray for America and Ukraine, pray for Israel.
Our salvation belongs to God’s Son—Lord Christ Jesus. Lord Jesus died for us in payment for our transgressions. God has been patiently waiting for you to humbly come to Him and accept His Gift of life. Will you be willing enough to accept it? The time is now, not tomorrow, as tomorrow might be too late.
Jesus says he is coming in haste. (Revelation 22: 7 “Listen!” says Jesus. “I am coming soon! Happy are those who obey the prophetic words in this book!”)
