Much preventive measures, preventive healthcare must be of topmost significance to obtain a longer lifespan. Water along with healthy organic foods/ organic vegetables consisting of all the essential nutrients e g. carbs, zinc, iron, protein, fiber, and a bit of fat are being used in the body to sustain the growth and the vital processes as well, are all necessary for longevity.

God bestowed mankind the freshly nutritive plants, fruits, veggies and herbs both for physical attributes (2 Kings 20: 7 & Psalm 51:7), and emotional attributes (Genesis 43: 11 &Psalm 45: 8)…this entails a better lifespan, a longevity.

2 Smashing Difference in Foodstuffs

  1. Leavened bread – are unhealthy foods as bread, cakes, cupcakes, or biscuits. What makes it unhealthy are its” rising agents” e.g., yeast, baking powder, baking soda causing the dough to bubble and rise, as well as its food coloring content, etc. Commercial breads carry harmful food additives to improve the appearance, taste, shelf life and its color. And even ease of mass production to reach sales targets and monthly quota.
  2. Unleavened bread – are healthy foods as an assortment of different breads (or cakes and cookies) carefully readied which are solely prepared “using no harmful rising agents”. Like the matzo of Jews, which is a traditional healthy and delicious flatbread—and it’s unleavened. This is what God unveils in the Holy Book for his creations to eat as simply put. This is superb for you, absolutely necessary for ones longer lifespan.

Born in the great city of Ur Kasdim, Chaldea, Sumer (present day Iraq). Was the first man selected by God for a role in God’s great plan of redemption? The people of Ur worshipped the Babylonian pagan manmade gods-moon god: so God called Abraham out of the pagan culture, and he obeyed willingly. Abram or Abraham intercedes/ pleads for others for the 50 righteous down to 10 men in Sodom and submit to God’s will, but God spared Lot—Abram’s nephew.Abram meaning: high father”, which later became Abraham “a father of a multitude”. Believers in all generations are called the “children of Abraham (Galatians3:7). God chooses those who will receive salvation.
  13. Jacob (Israel)– 147 years old, son of Isaac and Rebecca and Abrams’ grandson. After being defeated in a wrestling match with God, Jacob received God’s blessing and a new name Israel. Jacob was the forefather of Israel. God appeared to Jacob again and blessed him as he slept on which angels ascended and descended while travelling to Haran (Gen. 28: 10-18 & Gen 32-22-32). 12 sons, traditional founder of the 12 tribes of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph and Benjamin..and Dina his daughter.

At Sinai, God gave Moses instructions for Tabernacle—the mobile shrine which God would travel with Israel to the Promised Land. Moses was regarded among Jews of today as the “lawgiver of Israel” with the 10 commandments from God.
  15. Joshua– son of Nun, died at 110 years old. He took over after Moses died and crossed over the Jordan river after the water stood still by God’s Might so Israel could cross over on dry grounds. As soon as the priest carrying the ark of God reached the Jordan and their feet touched the water’s edge, the water stood still (Joshua 3: 15- 17). Joshua spearheaded the fall of Jericho as per God’s instructions (Joshua 5: 13 & Joshua 6: 13-27).
  16. Joseph the dreamer-11th son of Jacob. Joseph came from the Hebrew name Yossef means “He shall add”, was born on March 19. 17. King David– is honored as an ideal king and the forefather of the future Hebrew Messiah in Jew literature and many psalms are attributed to him. The youngest of eight sons of Jesse the Bethlehemite. He became the Israels most important king after his significant role in establishing God’s earthy headquarters in Jerusalem. King David was far from perfect being just like any human being, but his faith and zeal made him the high standard in which no king (in person) in Israel can ever measure to… he was a man after God’s own heart.
  18. King Solomon– the wisest man who ever lived for God, gifted him with unsurpassed wisdom (1 Kings 3: 11-15). God has loved King Solomon even as a baby. After King David has won the battles—Israel has rest from war, thus King Solomon was the builder of the 1st temple of God in Jerusalem on Mount Moriah for 7 years that became the wonders of the ancient world to date. He was the 2nd son of King David.

In 1961, the “Charleywood bread” was deliberately produced by an auto machine working of dough to suitably decrease the fermentation time in loaf bread making, which has been extensively used now in large production of factories and bakeries. As a result, breads are promptly made at a lower cost, but very low in nutritional value. Acrylamides (acid) are especially present in starchy foods like bread or cakes or biscuits cooked higher than 120 C. Acrylamides are neuro toxic with damaging effects for humans, most especially on male reproduction and developmental toxicity/ carcinogenic (cancer) for all genders.

Breads with short rising time has greater amount of “fodmap carbohydrates” that causes intestinal diseases, irritable bowel movement, cramps etc. Whilst traditional bread that rises for many hours or overnight fermentation are much healthier as its breakdown the “fodmap carb“, and flavor develops better the natural way with no added additives as done in the ancient times, the same goes for clean water and organic healthy foods—the secret to a better healthier lifestyle and longevity. It is better to purchase from bakeshops and groceries with healthier products, or better yet DIY bake at home with your kids, or plant veggies and fruits in your own garden/ backyard to ensure the food you feed the brain and body of your kids and family are 90-100% nutritive.

Born on September 11, 1897—she attributes her good health, long life, longevity to three (3) things: 1. Having a positive attitude in life and be happy, 2. Eating a healthy diet. Kudos to both of you, Lola Francisca and Lola Magdalena Susano. Negros, Philippines.

Filipinos are traditionally respectful people and always utter the magic words “po and opo” when conversing with people basically older than them in a few years or more and say “mano po”. As family is of most significance, occasional family gatherings on birthdays, weddings and Christmases and thanksgivings are traditionally practiced.

Hence, healthy food prep is carefully prepared for the family with recipes of specialty foods handed down from generations to generations by dear grandmas, loving moms and daughters & siblings…blending Filipino and Spanish nutritive fresh veggies, herbs and spices in an interesting flavor. it’s never a meal without a bit of “kanin” or rice, along with healthy fresh veggies and fresh fish. During the number of days that you lie on your side, 390 days, you shall eat it.) (Ezekiel 47: 12 And on the banks, on both sides of the river, there will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither, nor will their fruit fail, but they will bear fresh fruit every month, because the water for them flows from the sanctuary. The fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing”). (Psalm 145: 15 The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food in due season). 12 Top famous healthy Filipino dishes/ foods are tinolang isda (fish and veggies soup), tinolang manok (organic chicken soup), ensaladang talong (roasted eggplant salad), tortang talong (eggplant omelet), ginisang monggo (sauteed mug beans), Bicol’s finest laing (chili taro leaves), malunggay soup (moringa purely vegan soup with lady finger or “okra”, eggplant, squash, spinach “alugbati”, string beans, herbs etc. or laswah soup in Negros Philippines.), kare-kare (umami rich Philippine stew with meat and veggies. derived from Indian word curry and the same dish with Mexican Lomo Encacahuatado), adobo (derived from the Spanish word “adobar” meaning marinate. contains meat with potatoes and herbs), arroz caldo (a rice porridge with eggs, scallions and toasted garlic), vegan pinakbet (sauteed veggies), and salabat (ginger tea).

Henceforth to wrap-up, God has been providing healthy foods —

The three secret epitome of a happier life and live longer

1. Clean Water

2. fresh FISHES & fresh PLANTS (fruits and veggies) AS FOOD for all living creatures for all His creations for all generation from ancient times to date, both for animals and mankind for human beings to live healthier

3. Have a positive outlook in life, be happy and Faith in God—the supreme secret epitome of a happier life and live longer.

In ancient days Daniel was very specific in declaring “fresh vegetable, fruit and water” as the food they prefer to eat every day and “faith in God“– Whilst, the same thing with the centenarians of today the Norwegians and the Filipinos are heedful with their “clean water, plant-based diet and faith in God” as manifested by the Susano family (Francisca 124 years old and Magdalena Susano 102 years old) the Filipino Family of centenarians in Negros, Ph. (Genesis 1:30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.) (Leviticus 11:9 “These you may eat, of all that are in the waters. Everything in the waters that has fins and scales, whether in the seas or in the rivers, you may eat.). (Genesis 1:29 God said, “I have given you every plant with seeds on the face of the earth and every tree that has fruit with seeds. This will be your food.) (Daniel 1: 12-13 “Please test your servants for ten days; let us be given vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.” Our body needs food. It is likewise our soul who needs Lord Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.)
