Amazing Grace

Basically, all of us are actively functioning and living on earth as the younger generations on a debonair lighthearted, solemn, carefree basis, and begets sober seriousness as we mature.

Because of God’s abundant, generous love for us humankind—He has majestically created us in His own image and likeness, each perfectly unique from the other. Wherefore, we humans are all born on a silver spoon lining.

So how do we Incredibly Live Longer Like Methuselah and Seth, who were both blessed to live longer in genuine life? or even the great Superman in reels phony movies?

God has been an exceptionally ultra-smart architect of the entire universe with all His skillful creations in all its fragmental parts coexisting with each other so the human race can comfortably live on it, live healthy and live longer. God has antecedently prepared and knows what we need for sustenance and longer lifespan hence has provided us a plentiful of all that exist—Everything.

In all His Glory and Honor, God has magnificently created the abundant flora and fauna we are all admirably enjoying as human beings most beloved creation by the Lord, as collectively transient VIP guests of our Lord here in the globe as our real home is in His everlasting kingdom come.

God has exquisitely made the young and adult trees, the fruit trees, vines, shrub, herbs, the fishes and other edible meat of animals ergo man can partake supplementary substances for his stomach and the energy requirements for his physique each day. Plus, the boundless Himalayan space, the vast body of land and waters so humankind won’t undergo any deficiency in moisture and water, which are all paramount for man to live longer and happier. He even candidly gave us our family from grandparents, parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles to close friends, church pastors, pastora and co-churchgoers, considering we need one.

—And as a bonus, God has particularly created the herculean densely forested lands, the vast forests, the Himalayan universe along with its walloping plants and trees for a prime superordinate intent—in order for man to subsist and co-exist perfectly enjoying good health, a healthy life and live an extended considerable lifespan—these simple yet superpower herbaceous plants simply all summate to a total flourishing healthier and Longer Life. Almighty God himself has communicated this analogously in the Holy Book so humanity won’t be devoid of LIFE and the LIGHT.

2 Symbolic Proof of God’s Amazing Grace and How to Phenomenally Live Longer

I – Plants as Food and Medicines in our day-to-day lives

1.1) Genesis 1: 29. Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed, it shall be food for you.”

1.2) Genesis 9: 3. “Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I give all to you, as I give the green plant.

1.3) Psalm 104: 14. He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and vegetation for the labor of man, so that he may bring forth food from the earth.

1.4) Ezekiel 47: 12. And on the banks, on both sides of the river, there will grow all kinds of trees for food, their leaves will not wither, nor their fruit fail, but they will bear fresh fruit every month, because the water for them flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing.

1.5) Revelation 22: 2 In the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month, and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

This shows logical development that ever since time immemorial ’twas a big part of God’s master plan for His greatest creation—mankind to treat the vast variety of every plant and every tree as healthy edibles and natural medicines (Ezekiel 47: 12) to live longer happily and enjoy a longer lifespan. Henceforth, wherever country you may be—our God Almighty is commanding us to eat whatever plants that entirely grow in your region in ample plenteous (Genesis 1: 29 & Genesis 9:3). Whilst, it is likewise humankind’s accountability as God’s custodians above the fauna and flora to sensibly govern and take good care of our environment and to replant and replant the 8 significant kinds or more of a kingdom plantae namely of mangroves, oak trees, birch trees, apitong trees (Dipterocarpus grandiflorus), narra (Pterocarpus indicus), gmelina (arborea), fruit trees and veggies integral for a well balanced ecosystem and for the future generations to come.

We cannot be an ungrateful child of God by just constantly devouring imperishable on what’s been given to us in our mise-en-scene—we are all obliged conjunctionally as law-abiding citizens to constantly replenish and replant solely the essential trees (Psalm 104: 14). Refocus more on our short-term goals and long-term goals for a sustainable mother earth and humankind, which would lead to longevity. If you are a firm believer—happiness follows you all the days of your life, and a happy person means a longer, healthier lifespan, notably serving your purpose.

Moreover, this primarily encourages biodiversity, oxidizes the oxygen, a chemical element which makes up the inevitable 50% of the atmosphere on earth and converts an essential clean air you enjoyably breathe. Energy runs thru the terrestrial ecosystem as light energy that comes from the sunlight. The tree, in turn, catches these light energies and turns it into a chemical energy that we need, and they balance the climate and cool it too.

As our physique basically needs food and water to live a healthier, longer life, our spirit equally needs inevitable life and light which can only be found in Jesus Christ our Lord. (Revelation 22: 2, John 8:12, John 1: 4, Matthew 5:14, 2Corinthians 4:6). John 1:4 “In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.” John 8: 12 Jesus said, “I am the light of the world.” This manifests the unique divine identity of the tree of life Jesus Christ—our one and only true Lord and Savior. What an ultimately powerful name is Lord Jesus … His divineness is beyond compare. Lord Jesus works in the hearts of His people. He will work on your heart, too. Jesus works on every situation of His people. He will surely work on your situation as well—just believe and pray unceasingly.

Vegetables have been known to be beneficial to health.

1)mangroves– (red mangrove Rhizophoraceae, black mangrove acanthaceae, Southeast Asia mangroves lythraceous)- grows primarily along the sheltered coastlines of the tropics and subtropics latitudes, in salt marsh and on muddy coasts. We can find the largest of which in Indonesia. Mangrove is very useful for shielding shorelines from tremendous ocean waves, floods, coastal erosion, filter water pollutants, breeding and hatching grounds for many coastal species or sea creatures, etc.

2) oak trees (Quercus Fagaceae)-used for food and medicine for treatment of tumors, swelling, bleeding, and dysentery, etc. Scientists are discovering its integral role in the flora and fauna in the woodland ecosystem. 100 species of animals, including birds, eat acorn seeds of oak trees like squirrel, bears, chipmunks, etc.

3) Birch tree (Betulaceae)- the native Americans used the inner bark to produce a type of survival food or bread in times of great famine and hunger. It is high in starch, which is a great source of energy as when you make some flour from it has more or less 600 calories per pound. Leaves are cooked like spinach. It is high in magnesium for muscles and nerve better functioning. Treats arthritis, kidney stones, skin conditions, ulcers, heartburn, etc.

4) apitong trees (Dipterocarpus grandiflorus)-this tree itself is very useful for nitrogen, erosion control, soil improvement, watershed regulation etc found in Negros Forest Reserve Philippines and in India and Southeast Asia.

5) Narra (Pterocarpus indicus)– in agroforestry, it promotes an excellent soil stability and helps fertility of the ecosystem. It further transforms the nitrogen into a very usable way.

6) Gmelina (arborea)– or beechwood has been widely used for reforestation programs in tropical and subtropical regions around the globe. It produces many fruits that are easily dispersed by the birds and bats.

7) fruit trees– during the hot weather/ temperature, fruit trees entirely regulate some of the temperature through the condensation process, greatly improves the air quality thru oxygen production, and the leaves cleans the air by taking all the harmful pollutants and cleaning it.

8) veggies– extensively improve your blood pressure and heart ailment and reduces risks of diabetes from the fiber rich whole grains or fruits or legumes and rich in potassium vegetables/fruits like banana or raisins, melon or dates, lychee or papaya, oranges, mango or plum, strawberry or guava broccoli, asparagus, squash, spinach. Moreover, cruciferous vegetables, e.g., cauliflower or Brussels sprouts, are full of anti-cancer agents. All vegetables, especially the leafy ones, are key nutrients for your skin and brain like the ones rich in folate and antioxidants foods.

Albeit man may be conductively healthy. Nevertheless, there are customary moment he becomes affected by a bodily condition on regular days, or worst like this covid-19 pandemic. Thus, God has said multitudinous times that plants are for humankind’s food and medicines.

II – The Significance of Unleavened Bread in Our Day-to-Day Lives

2.1) Leviticus 23:6. Then, on the 15th day of the same month, there is the feast of Unleavened Bread to the Lord; for seven days you shall eat unleavened bread.

2.2) Exodus 13:7. Unleavened bread shall be eaten throughout the seven days; and nothing leavened shall be seen among you, nor shall any leaven be seen among you in all your borders.

of food2.3) Daniel 1: 11-17. Daniel then said to the guard whom the chief official had appointed over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah, “please test your servants for ten days. Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.” So, he agreed to this and tested them for ten days. At the end of the ten days, they looked healthier and better. So, the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead. To these four young men, God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning and Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds.

God doesn’t want His people to ingest unhealthy foods, hence he has given humankind provisions thru the healthier options of fresh plants and trees, fresh plants and veggies, fresh fishes in the ocean. In Hebrew, the unleavened bread comes from the word “matzoon/matzo” which means a “bread or cake or biscuits” that doesn’t contain any yeast (yeast pertains to leaven, which plainly makes it unhealthy).

Daniel was paramountcy blessed by God with knowledge and understanding, just as God loves Moses, Jacob, Abram, King David, King Solomon and Jeremiah. Daniel himself knew what the gigantic wonders of eating the healthy edible fresh plants, fresh herbs, fresh fruits and ordinary water can essentially bring to humankind’s body and intellect. This is precisely the admirable secret of Daniel, Abram etc. who lived longer in the ancient times and the people of today (Japanese and the Norwegians etc. which I will discuss further on chapter 2) who were indeed blessed with an admirable longer life span—healthy balance diet of fresh organic plants, unleavened bread, water and God.

Thus, it’s enormously up to you right now which way would you audaciously choose and which fundamental food you want to considerably feed your body in your day-to-day life. If you wanna live an unhealthy life and get dissipatedly sick all your life, if you intend to be wretch fully be unhappy or be in a state of misery forever and die young—go on proceeding eating the unhealthy foodstuff along with its harmful additives found on instant foods and excessive wine and beverages drinking.

BUT if you want to live longer and live a healthier longer life span with your family like Methuselah, Abram, Jacob and the centenarian Japanese and the Norwegians of today—then be extra heedful, simply eat healthy foods, eat fresh organic foods, eat healthy fresh veggies and fresh fruits—the secret to live longer. Constantly be grateful to God above all—that’s the secret to a happier life, too. Yeah-you can absolutely make a big leap forward.

Jesus tells us in John 6:27 “Do not labor for the food that perishes, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For on Him God the Father has set His seal.” Jesus tells us that our physique needs literal physical unleavened bread and fresh organic plants to live a bit longer on earth, yet we also need the true spiritual bread from heaven that gives eternal life, which is our Lord Jesus. Jesus is LORD.

7 Different Unleavened Bread of Today

1) The Jews of today have their famous Jewish cuisine unleavened bread, which they called as “Matzo” which is flat bread. This tastes good with herbs and veggies. Or referred to as the manna bread which God has majestically rained down from heaven to sustain the Israelites for 40 years upon the journey to the land that God has promised Moses, Abraham and Jacob to give to the Israelites (Exodus).

2) “Piadina” and “Rimini” from the historical region of Romagna, Italy, where food basically tastes great.

3)“Tortillas” as the MesoAmerican and the Mexican widely known flat bread and usually used for Mexican tacos and incorporated in the US, even in Taco Bell.

4)“Arboud” which is traditional among the Arab Bedouin. They likewise used these for the much appetizing shawarma.

5)”Bannock” originating in the beautiful British Isles.

6)”Rieska” usually made of fresh barley and flour, traditional unleavened bread in the northern parts of Finland.

7)“Piayaya” a sweet toasted flat unleavened bread with muscovado raw sugar that originates in the Negros province of the Philippines. I love this piaya or piayaya although I strongly believe this can be healthier if they totally lessen the added muscovado on it though and instead add a bit of veggies like what Finland are innovatively been doing.

The chapter 1 of my article on “How to Phenomenally Live Longer” touches on how people of the ancient times significantly live life longer, happier, healthier and their topmost secret.
