  2. Cook the meat in a boiling water for more or less 30 minutes or until tender. Use a pressure cooker to save time.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of salt and sprinkle black pepper to taste, 2 cloves of garlic, and 2 to 3 stalks of lemon grass.
